We departed on 7th June 2014 via Air Asia. The journey took almost 4 hours. Trip pergi Hong Kong ni la aku first time jejak kaki ke KLIA 2. Actually Hong Kong ni tak terlintas pun dalam kepala otak. Not even planning to go pun. Tapi disebabkan time tu tiket tengah promo, harga murah macam pergi Indon, terus decide nak pergi dengan member. Tak silap aku, tak sampai RM400 pun. We leave the planning to Elina as she was good in finding the best place to stay within our ciput budget. Itinerary pun dia yang buat.
So, we arrived at Hong Kong around 11 a.m. Kami tak ada booking any tour guide. Konsep trip, redah je. Baru adventure. Ye dak? Untuk yang bujang, wild and free boleh lah tiru style kami ni. Hahaha. Wild sangat. Omaigorsh. First impression when we arrived at Hong Kong, the people are not friendly. Muka macam nak makan orang. Tak tau la sebab kami ni pakai tudung ka apa. Lagipun time kami pi tu, duk tengah hangat lagi kes MH370. Check passport pun hentak hentak. Apa kes kan. Macam nak lepas geram pun ada. They should be professional and friendly to the foreigners. Dah la muka hangpa dulu kami jumpa bila touch down. Terus spoil mood nak jalan-jalan. Haish.
Yang boleh harap mesra alam pun orang front desk. Yang lain semua tak boleh pakai. Tengok kami macam tak puas hati. Back to the story. Lepas jadi mangsa hentak passport mak cik immigration, kami cari octopus card. You should have octopus card when you are in Hong Kong. It can be used for all public transports. We reloaded 100HKD + 50HKD (deposit). Not to worry, you'll get back your depo once you return the card to them. Janji kad tak rosak, dapat balik la depo tu.
We decided to buy the entrance ticket for Disneyland and Ocean Park upon arrival. Elina cakap murah lagi beli kat HK. Jangan risau, kat airport tu berlungguk kaunter yang offer ticket, chartered taxis and hotels. We managed to get the tickets for 682HKD. Duit Malaysia dalam RM 312. Depa punya currency : RM 1 = 2.20HKD. More or less within that range la.
Our plan was to go straight to Disneyland. Why? Sebab kitorang sampai on Saturday which means ada Firework show at night. Makanya, sorong la luggage tu sampai ke Disneyland. We went there by taxi. We paid 116HKD for 4 people. Taxi tak boleh guna octopus card. So, bayar cash.
Sampai je sana, hujan turun selebat lebatnya. Huwa! Mujur dah bawa ponco spare. Lagi satu nak ingatkan korang, if you want to go HK, make sure you bring umbrella or ponco because the weather is unpredictable. Mulanya tadi sunny, drizzle then heavy rain. Dalam hati fikir, jangan sampai tak boleh nak jalan jalan dalam Disneyland sudah. Hujan main cuk cak. Kejap lebat, kejap rintik. Time dah rintik sikit, we went to the luggage storage counter to keep our luggages. Not free ye. You have to pay a number of amount (which I couldn't recall, sorry guys.) So, nasihat I, kalau nak pergi Disneyland, adjust hari yang betul supaya tak jadi macam kitorang. (Tiket murah starting on Saturday tu yang jadi macam ni. Sampai-sampai terus check in Disneyland dulu. Hahaha.)
Perut memasing dah berkeroncong lapaq. Sebab dari pagi tadi tak makan apa. Elina bawa roti Gardenia. Makan yang tu je la dulu buat alas perut. No outside food allowed in Disneyland. Bob decided not to put his backpack in the luggage storage .So, we smuggled our personal food in his backpack. Simpan roti and few jajan underneath all his clothes deep down in his backpack. As expected, the person in charge yang jaga entrance tu, check sikit sikit ja his bag because there were too many pockets it was too complicated to unzip all. Hahaha. Berjaya seludup makanan. Air tak lepas. Botol air kosong boleh bawa masuk dalam. Jangan bimbang. Dalam Disneyland ada mesin air free. Boleh refill kat dalam.
