Do something

I am accidentally gaining weight. Ceh. Accidentally konon. I just realized it this morning when I had difficulty to wear my kain sarong. It felt so tight to make it through the thigh. I knew this was going to happen. Lately, I've been eating too many fast food. Too many oily food. Too many rice intake. Apo boleh buek. Habis sekolah, perut minta diisi. Sudah makan, baring dan tidur. Bangun tidur, lapar, makan. Malam, buat lesson plan kejap, tidur. Sobs. Working as a teacher nowadays is so hectic and tiring. We use our brains a lot. We could not tolerate when we feel hungry. Tanya la mana cikgu pun. Kalau dah keluar dari kelas tu, mesti cari air tak pun makanan untuk alas perut. We repeat the same thing for the other class. Hakikatnya, mana mana kerja pun sama. Bila penat dan lapar, kita makan. Takkan nak biar perut kosong kan. Sedih dengan diri sendiri. I am so into work that I do not have time to take care of my body. I got to do something.

Sedihnya hanya sekejap. Depress pun hanya sekejap. 'Got to do something' pun hanya sekejap. After school, I went to the nearest stall and bought myself laksa and RM 2 of cucuq udang. Way to go Japirah! Let's do something later........
